Jewelry – Lifetime Guarantee
All jewelry purchased directly through the Chromer website is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. If your piece ever fades, tarnishes, or accidentally breaks, we’ll replace it — no questions asked.
What’s covered:
- Tarnishing, fading, or discoloration
- Broken chains, snapped links, faulty clasps
- Stones falling out
- Damage from normal wear
What’s not covered:
- Lost or stolen items
- Intentional damage or excessive misuse
- Scratches or wear caused by third parties
- Warranty claims without proof of purchase or clear photos
Please note: our lifetime guarantee only applies to jewelry, not to watches. Fair use applies to keep things fair for all our customers.

Watches – 2-Year Warranty
Watches purchased directly from chromer.eu come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the movement, case, dial, hands, strap, or clasp under normal conditions of use.
Covered:
- Manufacturing defects or faulty components
- Issues with the movement, case, hands, dial, or strap
Not covered:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Cracked or broken glass, dents, crushing
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Cosmetic wear from normal use (scratches, fading, etc.)
- Battery replacement
- Claims without valid proof of purchase
How to claim
Just send a photo/video of the issue along with your order number to contact@chromer.eu and we’ll either replace your piece or issue store credit, fast and hassle-free.
In most cases, Chromer covers the cost of shipping the replacement to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty upon arrival.
If you purchased your watch through a local authorized retailer, please contact them directly for warranty support.
Chromer's right to decline claims
To maintain the integrity of our warranty, we reserve the right to reject claims that do not qualify as genuine manufacturing defects or fall outside the scope of this coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, any submissions identified as inaccurate, misleading, or potentially fraudulent by our team.
