Yes, we offer a 60-day return policy. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all packaging included.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.
Returns are processed within 3–10 business days of receiving the item. Refunds may take a few extra days, depending on your payment provider.
We’ll contact you with alternative options or offer a refund/store credit.

For orders placed with our 3-for-2 promotion, returns of 1 or 2 items from the set are only accepted for exchange. Refunds or store credit are only possible if all three promotional items are returned together in unworn, unused, and perfect condition with original packaging.

Jewelry (Lifetime):

✔ Defects in movement, case, dial, hands, strap, or clasp

- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Warranty claims without proof of purchase or clear photos
Chromer covers shipping of any replacement item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty on arrival.
Send your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue to contact@chromer.eu. We usually resolve claims within 5–7 business days.
NOTE: Our lifetime guarantee only applies to jewelry and not to watches.
