Jewelry (Lifetime):

- Warranty claims without proof of purchase or clear photos
Chromer covers shipping of any replacement item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty on arrival.
Send your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue to contact@chromer.eu. We usually resolve claims within 5–7 business days.
NOTE: Our lifetime guarantee only applies to jewelry and not to watches.
